Charge Backs,
Chargebacks prohibited User waves any right it may have to request a charge back through users credit card company bank or any authorized representation for the amount paid to Cadillac Global LLC under this agreement Users will be responsible for and will indemnity Cadillac Global LLC with respect to any and all chargebacks initiated by user or users partners, affiliates representation or associated individuals in relation to this Agreement or company’s provision of Service to user if Cadillac Global LLC is harmed by users chargeback including but not limited to Cadillac Global LLC suffering any financial loss (including the call back of funds from Cadillac Global LLC accounts)Cadillac Global LLC expending time to respond or otherwise object to users charge back or if user advance a fraudulent chargeback against the Cadillac Global LLC the higher amount either (I) three (3) Times the amount of users unauthorized charge back or (ii) a $30,000.01 penalty. In addition to the agreed penalty for Users initiation of a chargeback against Cadillac Global LLC, User will also Be responsible for any of the Cadillac Global LLC time spent fighting the charge back an hourly rate of $850.00 an hour.
