- With the MTS #10-st grind you really have to listen very, very carefully at idle to tell there's a hotter cam in the engine. This Cam was designed to create an awesome performance balance by allowing your engine to sound and act like your daddy’s Caddy, but with no loss of your Cadillac’s excellent street manners as the Cam's "Stealth Technology" has a smooth and clean idle. Best yet, just choose to stomp on the gas pedal and Ol’ Mustang-boy next to you at the stop light won’t believe what just happened to his trampled ego. As with any lift ratio over .500, the top of the valve guides will need to be machined for added retainer-to-guide clearance and a MTS VT08 Spring Kit is required for proper spring pressure.
